Ex-Chancellor Schmidt stated that disarmament talks on scrapping medium range missiles would lead "to next steps, REARMAMENTS NOW BEING ENGINEERED."

The French tests on NURUROA ATOLL are for neutron bombs, mass production.

Militarists already in agreement where they will be deployed, along the GDR, German border. This would be a first step to a nuclearized Germany.

British University of Bradford, report on 600 neutron bombs, Seneca, NY. "Preparations for first use of nuclear weapons in Europe." They can be brought over within a few hours in time of crises.

Part of "overall modernization program of TNF, Theatre Nuclear Force, extended range, greater precision, larger explosive power."

"Some of the conventional NUCLEAR WEAPONS CAN ALSO BE EQUIPPED WITH THESE NEUTRON BOMB WARHEADS, transforming them into NEUTRON WARHEADS." Dan Plesch, author of the study, suspects NATO STRATEGY has also changed, whereby nuclear weapons will be used at ONSET OF ANY CONFLICT." NATO now German MANFRED WOERNER, who has urged a greater military spending to counter Soviet military build-up." SFC 12/12/87.
